im bald since 20.... now 70... i like my look. the lack of hair is more sincere and shows transparency to others. i was a financial consultant in my career and i wanted my clients trust as a high priority. i performed my best for them but wearing any kind of rug on my head would have destroyed their confidence placed in me. physical fitness speaks more for looks. trim, fit, muscular, good clothing and well groomed overcomes any perceived deficiency of a hairline...looking natural for ones age projects maturity and strength 🎉

I still have an almost full head of hair, but I am going towards baldness in a few years time by the looks of it. Can't really get myself to shaving it off. Too worried how my head is going to look because it has a weird shape especially at the back.

Widows peaks are usually sharp at the center, and the temple corners are also sharp. norwood pattern hair loss looks round like in the video. even as we mature we lose hair, so you could have a widows peak that turned into a norwood male pattern baldness or you have widows peak that receded and is still sharp. If you got rounded temples i suggest going to a dermatologist to see what can be done. The consensus is that the earlier you treat it the longer you can keep your hair

Don't suppose there's any chance of covering male scalp folliculitis is there? I like to shave my head using Remington RX5 or the babyliss pro but suffer with folliculitis. Not only is it painful and bothersome, but knocks my confidence

I have this one for 2 years now, love it! the only disadvantage of this shaver is that when the head needs to be replaced, it releases a little foil and makes a big wound in your scalp😅

Looks cool, reminds me of the Andis which I tried and, while close as you can get with an electric, irritated my head sadly. Splashed out on a Braun Series 9 Pro (and Amazon sent me the Pro + lol) after watching your video on it and that's the perfect balance of closeness and comfort, for me.

Remington rx7 or this?

Ive been shaving my head for 3 years now, and have always been sceptical of electric. In the very early days i bought a remington rx5 but had the worst razor burn ever, plus, im fussy my skin has to be as smooth as glass😀😀

This is the one my barber always uses and its insane. I always was like nah this isn't the 'best' one he's just trying to sell me on it. TBH i still don't know bc i haven't bought one yet of any kind but this review is def like what he says. Says it's top notch.

I’ve got the Remington skull shaver style foil shaver. How does this compare? What would you now say is the best overall head shaver (foil)?

As a professional barber and for an around £80 it’s a really good buy and solid! I have the mirror gold one, they do 3 types of foil shaver now.

What they never tell you is that it doesn't stop. Even if you get those micrografts, the hair still growing around them most likely will continue to thin. All those celebrities you see, UA-camrs, etc. who sing the praises of these transplants are or will eventually resort to using fillers and shake on fibers. Just shave your head, embrace it and use your energy and resources on enhancing other areas of your life, both physical appearance and growth overall....

the blades do eat through the foil and you can't predict when that happens but when it does it really puts the cuts in your head and that can be tiresome, i used the babyliss for a couple of months and I went back to the Leaf razor

It's VERY rare to find a woman who would be ok with dating a bald man. Almost impossible

I'm not a head shaver, but wonder if this would be best only if you do daily shaves. Personally (for several days growth), I'd first use a cheap, convenient alternate that's not completely efficient, but very comfortable (to take down the bulk of the growth), then end the shave with the Babyliss Pro, as this is the strength of the razor. Another review said: 'You should use clippers or trimmers first and then this'. I'd think if you subject the Babyliss Pro to multi-day growth some component isn't going to last as long as with one-day growth. It might take longer, but I would guess - on both passes - it will be much more comfortable.

Started shaving my head between the barber and a safety razor since February. It's been great and i've been getting better. Can't envision shaving my own head with something other than the safetey razor. Efficient and cheap.
